1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and u9play ("u9play", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the u9play online gaming platform, including the website located at u9play.lat and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Service").

2.2 Legal Capacity

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with u9play. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false information, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating a u9play account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Verification Process

u9play reserves the right to verify your identity and other registration information at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, or other documentation. You agree to provide such documentation within seven (7) days of request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u9play username, password, and account information. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

You agree to immediately notify u9play of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. u9play will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to notify us of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

u9play reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or behavior deemed detrimental to u9play or other players. Upon termination, you forfeit any account balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u9play accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Most electronic deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to your u9play account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Deposit Limits

u9play implements deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming commitment. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period of 24 hours before taking effect.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your u9play account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from any criminal activity. u9play reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. 4.5 Third-Party Deposits

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your u9play account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, u9play will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

u9play processes most withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically process within 1 hour. These are target timeframes and not guarantees; actual processing times may vary based on verification requirements, payment provider processing times, and other factors beyond u9play's control.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter, u9play may require you to complete account verification by submitting identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, or other documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account closure.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. u9play reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments at our discretion.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.

5.6 Withdrawal Fees

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Bonus Acceptance

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiration results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

Violation may result in bet voidance and account closure.

13.3 Waiver
